Setting up a new office can be a daunting job. We can help you do most of the IT setup while you concentrate on your business operation. Specifically we offer the following services:

  • Spectrum : 100Mbps, $44.99 (when bundled with TV), or 100Mbps, $59.99 (standalone Internet)

  • Frontier    : 25Mbps, $39

If you call in to order services by yourself, you may not be able to get the best prices. The salesperson will try to sell you every accessorial service you don’t need.

For example, they will tell you that you need to buy static IP if you have security cameras at your location (actually you don’t need to). Then you are buying something you don’t need. The salesperson will also try to sell you higher Internet speed packages you don’t need.

Let us do the work for you. We make suggestions to you so you don’t accidentally buy something you don’t need and pay extra.

2. Be at your location when the service provider comes by to install Internet.

  • We will make sure the technician install the correct modem. For example, UBEE is more stable than Technicolor, while Arris is notorious for supporting phone services. Let us talk to the technician and handle the technical specifics for you.
  • If all your computers connect to the Internet via WiFi, you may not need additional network hardware. Depending on how many computers and phones are connected to the network via wireline, you may need to set the modem to Bridge mode and install your own router and add switches. We will recommend to you the most stable and economical way to set up your network.
  • We can also install Internet wall jacks.

Cost:

  • $60 to install and configure your own router (only if you need it). We will set up your WiFi and guest WiFi. We will also work with your service provider to set your modem to bridge mode. Implement priority based access policy so the computers don’t complete with the phones for bandwidth, otherwise you may get jittering on your phones.
  • Equipment extra. Routers range from $39 to $89. 5-port switch: $19. 8-port switch: $29.
  • We install the phones for free. You will need to have Internet jacks so the phones can connect to the jack. If you don’t have Internet jacks ready, we can hire third party labor to install the Internet jacks, $70 each. The $70 is paid directly to the third party.

3. Set up your printer and fax.

  • Setting up network printing from up to 4 computers, $60
